Before taking over Blue Juice Charters as a family business with his partner, Gary traveled Australia; fishing from Tasmania to Cairns, Perth to Broome, and out to the Rowley shoals. With decades of experience fishing around Australia, it wasn’t long before the lure of the ocean began calling.

Over the years with Blue Juice Charters, Gary has skippered and managed most of the live aboard trips to the Abrolhos and Montebello Islands, nothing brings a smile to his face more than a guest with a great fish.

Talia is the person responsible for a large amount of the on-shore planning and administration involved in the operation of our trips. Highly organised and efficient, she is the key to the smooth running of the operation. Talia has been out on a few of the trips catching her biggest fish at the Montebello Islands; her greatest memory is cuddling a decent Red Emperor.

It is not hard to see that Armando is a mad keen fisherman. Throw in adventure and some spectacular fishing scenery and you can barley hold him back. He loves the thrills of fishing in the deep blue sea. Armando’s other passion is food, when the fishing is done the Master Chef takes over.

Tenae has been with Blue Juice for a number of years. An ocean lover, Tenae has a wealth of knowledge on our trips.
